✦ We regret that we cannot provide compensation for lost or stolen packages during transit.
✦ If incomplete recipient information or exceeding the pickup timeframe leads to the return of the package, re-delivery fees will apply.
▎Domestic Delivery ▎
✦ Domestic delivery covers both Taiwan Island and outlying island regions.
✦ Registered home delivery via postal service: A flat rate of NT$60 per order. Delivery takes approximately 1-2 working days after dispatch. (Please note: Delivery to postal boxes is not available.)
▎International Delivery ▎
✦ For payments in USD, please inquire via private message.
✦ Various countries' postal and forwarding situations vary, and delays may occur due to natural or uncontrollable factors. We cannot guarantee exact delivery times.
✦ If your country imposes customs duties upon receiving the package, it's the responsibility of the buyer to cover these fees. Please contact and handle customs matters directly with your local authorities.
✦ In the event that customs duties are imposed on the package, and the buyer refuses to pay the duties resulting in the package being returned, the refund amount will be after deducting the actual round-trip shipping costs and customs duties from both locations.
International Delivery to 「China/Hong Kong/Macao」
1. All shipments to these regions are sent via Chunghwa Post. The flat rate shipping fee is NT$500 per order.
2. Delivery generally takes about 14-21 working days from Taiwan dispatch.
3. Please provide the recipient's business registration number or ID in the order notes.
International Delivery to "Europe/Americas/Other"
Shipments to these regions are sent via Chunghwa Post and offer the following options:
(Option 1) Registered Air Small Packet: NT$600
Delivery via Registered Air Small Packet generally takes about 20-30 working days from Taiwan dispatch.
(Option 2) International Express Mail Service (EMS): NT$1,200
Delivery via EMS generally takes about 5-10 working days from Taiwan dispatch.
✦ For single orders exceeding NT$8,000, we recommend using EMS for faster delivery.
▎Tracking Delivery Progress ▎
✦ After receiving the "Order Status: Completed" email, you can check the delivery progress of your order by visiting "Member Center" > "Orders."
✦ Each order will have a unique shipment tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the logistics status. If you have any questions, you can leave a message within the order at any time. Our website administrators will respond during business hours (excluding days off and national holidays).
