Repair Service
✦ Before repair, ANG Jewellery will inspect the appearance of the item with you, including its design, size, craftsmanship, quality, and signs of wear, to confirm the extent of damage and assess if repair is feasible. Once repair is confirmed, ANG Jewellery will ask you to fill out a custody form and provide a quotation. In cases where the jewelry is severely damaged or made of non-precious metal materials, separate assessment or refusal of repair may occur.
✦ If following ANG Jewellery's prior assessment, adjustments to the appearance of the item are necessary due to repair procedures, upon informing you and obtaining mutual agreement by signature, it shall be deemed as a contract. The company will proceed with repair accordingly.
✦ ANG Jewellery does not offer resizing services for jewelry, but may provide alteration services for opening and closing rings depending on the design of the jewelry.
✦ The signing of the repair form constitutes a contractual agreement: signed by both parties, and stamped with the company seal. Acceptance of the quotation is considered agreement to the contract.
✦ To ensure customer rights and manage risk for ANG Jewellery, the store does not accept repair orders for non-ANG Jewellery precious gems valued over NT$50,000.
Exchange Service
✦ For rings purchased from ANG Jewellery, if they remain in new condition without any wear and tear, customers are entitled to one exchange for the same style, material, and quality within 7 days of purchase. If a different size is desired and not in stock, a lead time of 45 days is required for customization.
✦ Items other than rings purchased from ANG Jewellery, including gifts, are not eligible for return or exchange. Damage caused by human factors during the warranty period that cannot be repaired will not be eligible for exchange.
Quotation Service
✦ For K gold and platinum products customized at ANG Jewellery, the quotation is based on the gold price of the day.
✦ Quotations from ANG Jewellery are valid for seven days. After seven days, a new quotation will be required.
✦ Customized products based on quotations are not eligible for return or exchange.
