Return Policy

Returned items must be unused, free from any damage or defects caused by human actions. Consumer Protection Law provides a 7-day appraisal period intended for you to consider and confirm whether the product meets your needs. It is not meant for product trials. Please keep the original packaging (including outer packaging), as returns without it will not be accepted.

 

For returns, please keep the product and included gifts in new and complete condition. Contact us through the shopping platform's messaging system or send an email to ang.jewellery.info@gmail.com to request a return/exchange.

 

After the request is approved, package the invoice, product, and gifts in their original packaging. Once we receive and verify the returned items, a refund will be processed.

 

In-store purchases and personalized items (such as engraving, design modifications, size changes, personal adjustments, etc.), special event items (such as lucky bags, discontinued sales, orders placed during live broadcasts), cannot be returned or exchanged.

 


The following circumstances do not qualify for returns:

Seasonal discount promotional items in the store.

Beyond the 7-day appraisal period.

Products that have been opened or used, or damaged due to human factors (e.g., stains, malfunctions, damage, wear, scratches, dirt).

Returned items with damaged or incomplete packaging, missing invoices, or accessories.

Malicious or excessive returns.

 

 

Return Process

Contact customer service → Confirm eligibility for exchange → Prepare complete product and invoice → Provide pickup time, contact information, and address → Our designated logistics will arrange pickup
